The Eswatini Customer Experience Practitioners (ECxP) is Eswatini’s premier professional body for customer experience practitioners.More than an organisation, ECxP is a movement built by practitioners, for practitioners, promoting service excellence and customer centricity across the Kingdom.With a constitution rooted in professional governance, a Secretariat led by Dr Oliver Museka, and an advisory Council of Elders drawn from its founding members, ECxP brings together individuals and organisations under one unified standard: the relentless pursuit of customer experience excellence.
